Hi! You can call me "Joce", I am 25 years old and I created this blog with the purpose to help other women and girls like me who are in their self help journey.

I first discovered what self-help and development was when I was in high school. The first book I bought that changed my perspective on life was "The power of your subconscious mind" By Joseph Murphy. Suddenly, I finally understood how "life" worked, specifically my mind.

Here I am now, a bunch of books in & a bunch of you-tube videos in, still seeking a better understanding of myself. Follow me through my journey!
